1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE

• Using the Platform to promote or facilitate the sale of prohibited items, including but not limited to controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, or items violating cultural or religious sensitivities.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks, spamming, or excessive polling.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of funds or credits, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and pursuit of civil or criminal remedies.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, domain names, designs, software, code, layout, graphics, text, audio, video, and other Content, are owned exclusively by Trendza or its licensors.

The name “Trendza,” associated logos, slogans, and distinctive visual elements are registered or common law trademarks of Trendza Private Limited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or display of any such marks is strictly prohibited.

By uploading, posting, or submitting User-Generated Content to the Platform, you grant Trendza a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such Content for any purpose related to the operation, promotion, or improvement of the Platform.

This license includes the right to sublicense such Content to third parties for marketing, editorial, or promotional purposes. You waive any moral rights or attribution claims with respect to your Content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have sufficient rights to grant the foregoing license and that your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

Trendza reserves the right to remove any Content that it believes, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. TRANSACTIONS, PAYMENTS & ORDERS

8.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Platform are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price payable is determined at the time of checkout and includes applicable taxes as required by law.

Trendza reserves the right to cancel any order resulting from a manifest pricing error, typographical mistake, or system malfunction. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.

8.2 Payment Methods
